The roadmap is organized into three execution phases that describe how the Livepeer network progresses toward sustained, large-scale demand. Phase 1 focuses on making the network secure, usable, and production-ready. Phase 2 builds on those foundations to drive momentum, scale usage, and convert demand into repeatable growth. Phase 3 represents the network operating at enterprise scale, with the reliability, trust, and capacity required to support long-term real-time video AI workloads.
