What Is the Livepeer Roadmap

The Livepeer roadmap is a shared view of the network’s priorities and planned work. It highlights the problems the ecosystem is focused on solving and the initiatives that contributors are encouraged to work on.

Roadmap items are grouped by timing (for example, Now, Next, and Future) and may be owned by existing teams or open for community contribution. The roadmap is not a fixed plan. It evolves as the network learns, priorities shift, and work progresses.

How to Get Involved

Start by reviewing the roadmap and identifying the item or area you are interested in. Once you find something relevant:

• Join the Livepeer Discord

• Share your interest in the appropriate channel

• Clearly state which roadmap item you are interested in and how you could contribute

From there, engage with the community to understand the current state of the work, coordinate with existing contributors, and align on next steps. Most roadmap items move forward through open discussion and collaboration rather than working in isolation.
